Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Let's see . . . a late winter holiday originally noted on the Church calendar* . . . which began to be celebrated in the unique local cultures of immigrants . . . but is now also a national "drinking holiday" due to the marketing efforts of the alcohol industry . . . and involves wearing the color green.
