Why Galveston?
Hold your horses, Evan - no "windfall" yet. :P
Why Galveston? Because it's a small coastal city with a medical school ( = job potential). Houston is so big and Austin, while definitely the coolest city in TX, is too far from the Gulf. I like living near the beach.
