Time for travellin'
I'm off to P.A.T. early tomorrow morning. If all goes as planned I'll be updating from there for the next ten days. I'm really looking forward to catching up with family and checking out the hurricane damage first hand. They should be in recovery phase with alot of stuff already repaired.
So Saturday we went to see Brokeback Mountain at Harvard Square. What a great movie! I'm not usually fond of sad love stories, but this one's a winner, folks. The cinematography was amazing (mountain scenes filmed in Alberta), and the characters reminded me of some of the people I worked with in Wyoming. Acting, screenplay, music: all great. And it's not about gay sex. So don't let that stop y'all from seeing this. It's more than "that gay cowboy movie." For once I came out of the theater thinking I got my money's worth.
There were some Christmas carolers on the sidewalk.
And a South American band playing "the Pit."

it was about a bunch of gay cowboys eating pudding, wasn't it?
Thanks, B.
Al: I don't recall any pudding. :P
