Vandalism in the city

Monday night somebody slashed the front passenger side window of my Jeep. They took some pocket change lying near the gear shift, but not all of it. The drivers' door was unlocked, like I always leave it to try to prevent this type of thing. The passenger door was locked, so apparently I forgot to check it last time I had a passenger. I patched up the pieces with semi-transparent duct tape, or "duck tape" as it was labeled.

Note to thieves: You can stick your finger under the canvas and find the zipper. There is no need to slash the window. Even Miami Beach crackheads know this.

Update 5/6/05: Here's a photo of it.

Slashed!

At least they didn't bend the frame out of shape like the geniuses that stole my radio in Fort Lauderdale.
