Five Questions
Got this from my brother Al.
You can ask me any 5 questions no matter how personal, inappropriate, dirty or random. Leave the questions in comments...
I promise to answer the questions 100% truthfully, though they may be screened just for the person asking if it's too personal. (If posting anonymous, you need to sign your questions) Repost this and see what people want to ask you...

1. Where do you want to eventually settle down and live at? (not retirement)
2. If a scientific advance gives you an oppurtunity to live forever, would you? why or why not?
3. Of all the places you've lived, where was your favorite and why?
4. borrowing your questions: What's your number one pet peeve?
5. What is your long term goal?
1. Texas (probably H-town, but could be any other town within an hour's drive of the coast) or South Florida. If I decide to go into the biotech industry, it may not be possible to get a job in those places. If Eddy ever comes back, he might be able to convince me to go to the San Francisco area, which is a big biotech center. One thing's for sure, though; it probably won't be Boston for my whole career since the winters are pretty fierce.
2. Good question. My first instinct was to say, "Hell, no!" But upon further reflection, I'd say it would depend on the details . . . would I be stuck at age 75? 50? 35? and could I kill myself if I wanted to? It might not be so bad if I was healthy and feeling fine, but had the option to end it after a couple hundred years. :P
3. Favorite would have to be South Florida because of the beautiful beaches and cultural diversity. Costa Rica is in 2nd place because of the beautiful beaches (notice a trend here?) and the laid-back attitude of los Ticos. After that I'd say Houston and Boston. The others, well, I'm glad I lived there but don't feel the desire to go back to stay.
4. I hate it when people drive at high speed through parking lots, narrow residential streets, or anywhere else that has lots of pedestrians. It's not only rude, it's dangerous.
5. In no particular order: get married, buy a house, save money for retirement, have a job I love (or at least like a whole lot).
