I get no respect, I tell ya!
A'ight, listen to this: I found out today that my Dad commented on my buddy's blog, but has never commented on mine. WTF, Pop?! [If you're actually reading this, WTF means "what the f*#%."] He had to click right on through my blog to get there, and he hasn't even met the guy. (Not to mention that the trailblazing blogger of the Smith family, my brother Al, never got no parental blog-love neither. Also, Dad seemed to be commenting on a different post than the one the comment appears on. But I digress; this is about meeeeeeeeeeeeeee.)
After receiving the call and explaining who BC Smith Jr is and that "what is a blog" was not a wisecrack, I announced the situation at work immediately. "Bastid!" sympathized Dr. Rob. And that is why you rock, Rob!
Hell, I didn't even know you were reading, Dad. Well feel free to comment on your only daughter's musings, too.

haha don't worry, i know the feeling. the only family member of mine who posts comments on my journal is one of my brothers--and then it's only at 3 AM, and only if he's drunk.
and by the way, the teetotaling lasted mere hours. my housemates splurged on good wine, and i was lured by a particularly heady chianti. i sense dialysis in my future...
ooh, and awesome virtual ipod. very shiny!!

Dad,
Blog is short for "weblog," which is an online diary-type website. Albert & I both have them. They are different from regular websites because they are really easy to update and you don't have to know how any computer code languages to make them.
