Menu Ideas



I am thinking of
Grilled Jerk Chicken with Mango Cilantro Salsa,
Grilled Corn Niblets with Lime Butter and Cracked Black Pepper, and
Grilled Plantain with Spicy Brown Sugar Glaze

for the big Margaritaville Cookout Sept 10th.

For appetizers there'll be queso dip with chips & salsa and a tropical salad. We might also get some flank steak for fajitas, depending on how many RSVP's we get.
